CUBEASE is a surprisingly small bakery improver in cube format that is very easy to use as it doesn’t need to be scaled. Just take a cube and throw it in your mixer. Store at a maximum temperature of 25°C and a maximum relative humidity of 65%. CUBEASE can be added to the mixer without scaling or pre-treatment, 1 cube for 25kg of flour.
